Artyonix provides software engineering, web development, e-commerce solutions, CRM/ERP systems, Telegram & AI bot development, SEO optimization, security hardening, and related digital services ("Services"). The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are defined in individual service agreements or proposals provided to clients. Information presented on the Website, including pricing estimates on our calculator and service descriptions, is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer.

All content on this Website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout — is the property of Artyonix or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Upon full payment for Services, intellectual property rights for custom-developed deliverables are transferred to the client as specified in the individual service agreement.

Prices displayed on our Website and pricing calculator are estimates provided for general reference. They do not constitute binding offers and may vary based on project complexity. Payment terms for contracted Services are defined in individual service agreements. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 0.05% per day of delay.

All delivered projects include a warranty period (typically 3 months from delivery) during which we will fix bugs and defects at no additional charge. The warranty covers software bugs present at delivery, issues from normal use, and security patches. It does not cover unauthorized modifications or third-party integrations not specified in the agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Artyonix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Artyonix in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.
